Certified Rental Training

Single Family Certified Rental Training

NOTE: I have verified as a manager this will encompass any property you manage

Development of the Certified Landlord Training Program has been completed. The classes are scheduled over the next several months and will provide the following incentives to the owners and managers who participate in the training program:

Extension of current permits by two (2) years.
Applicable properties will not be subject to Change-in-Tenancy Inspections.
Owners/Managers will save $110 on annual renewal requirements due to extended expiration dates.

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to sign-in for training.

Seating is limited and will be scheduled on a first come/first served basis. You may register by phone or via e-mail and registration will be confirmed by contact from Code Compliance Staff. When registering, please include your name or owner name/management company name, contact number, and two (2) dates of preference.
